Personal Lines Sales Executive

Responsibilities
- •Handle an average of 15-25 inbound sales calls per day
- •Be an expert on insurance products and benefits
- •Gather information from prospective policyholders
- •Help customers select the insurance policy that's best for them
- •Prepare high-quality rate quotes and close sales
- •Provide guidance on additional product lines
Qualifications
- •Hold an active Insurance License
- •Prior insurance experience
- •High school diploma or equivalent
- •Effective verbal and written communication skills
- •Excellent computer and multi-tasking skills
Commercial Lines Sales Executive
Full-timeManages a book of insurance business while acting with a high degree of independent discretion, autonomy, and decision-making.
Responsibilities
- •Provide professional, courteous service to clients and carrier representatives
- •Support Producers in obtaining, maintaining, and expanding business
- •Account rounding and development of new business
- •Oversee preparation and implementation of all transactions for assigned accounts
- •Act as connection between clients and insurance carriers
- •Manage, organize, and conduct client meetings
Qualifications
- •1-3 years experience in insurance Account Management
- •Excellent oral and written communication skills
- •Superior customer service and problem solving skills
- •Currently licensed in good standing
- •High School diploma; AA/college degree preferred
Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities
- •Resolve customer inquiries, explain insurance coverage, and make changes to policies
- •Work with customers to ensure they are properly insured
- •Take calls and handle each request to ensure satisfaction on the first call
- •Sell additional insurance products to fill gaps on customer policies
- •Navigate internal computer systems to look up customer information
- •Do whatever it takes to delight our customers
Qualifications
- •Spanish speaking is a plus
- •Must have 1 year insurance experience
- •Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
- •Effective verbal and written communication skills
- •Must be comfortable working with others
